This “cat” is not a cat
Let me explain. We see them all the time around Streator; stray cats.
Some people shoo them away, some people feed them, but I know we all
see them. But, this stray cat isn’t a cat at all. It’s only disguised as a cat. I
think it’s actually a dragon.
The first clue was the coloring and pattern of this particular cat was
odd. It was a dark burgundy color with gray lines in the shape of scales all
across its body. Now I know cats come in all different colors and patterns,
but I had never seen one like this before in my life.
Other animals always steered clear of this cat as well; other cats,
dogs, deer, and even the occasional fox that would wander around town.
Every animal was weary like they also knew this wasn’t a normal cat. The
cat acts as if it has no fears, walking around the town as if it should be
feared.
I’ve never approached it before or tried to feed it. I always get a
strange, cold shiver down my spine as if I were in the presence of
something dangerous, but monumental when around it.
Every time I see this cat something weird happens. The first time I
saw the cat it was sitting on top of my car. Which normally wouldn’t be odd, but my car was dented right where the cat was sitting, and my car wasn’t dented before this.
The second time I saw this cat was as I was rushing outside to my
backyard. I had seen smoke through my kitchen window and went to
investigate, only to find the cat next to some burning flowers. Seems pretty simple to me; the dragon disguised as a cat set them on fire.
The third and final time I saw this strange cat was when I took the
trash out at the Circle K where I work and saw it behind the dumpster
surrounded by all sorts of trinkets - watches, silverware, old wallets, you
name it; that cat had it in its hoard. And anyone who’s done their research
knows Dragons are notorious for hoarding things; mainly gold, but still.
I’m not sure how many fake stray cats there are around Streator, I
doubt this is the only one. If you see any of them acting strange or
uncat-like then it could be something else completely. Stay vigilant and stay safe. Cats could be anything in disguise!
